Job Description

As a Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work directly with OWKIN’s management team on a broad range of projects that support our internal and external initiatives.

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping your team members stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. This would be an ideal opportunity for a highly-motivated, organized and analytical individual with a strong interest in healthcare innovation and AI to be part of a quickly growing player in the space.

The Operations Analyst will report directly to the COO. The role provides rare high-level exposure to C-Suite management, with the opportunity drive change, take responsibility for business processes and help our startup scale. The role is based in London.

In particular, you will:

  • Support leadership, business and partner activities to scale the company.
  • Build and influence relationships with leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
  • Structure complex, ambiguous, and potentially challenging business issues.
  • Build consensus among cross-functional teams and help influence decision making.
  • Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with accuracy.
  • Assist with an extensive array of operational tasks.

  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
  • Highly organized and with strong problem solving abilities
  • Comfortable rolling up his or her sleeves to get things done
  • Experienced in serving as a project lead from conception to completion
  • Who consistently applies process, project, and program management practices
  • Fluent in English and French
